Interesting british hone of previously unknown origin. But was probably processed by the Water of Ayr & Tam O'Shanter Hone Works in Stair, Scotland. Fine finisher, does not quite reach the sharpness of an original Thuringian, but provides an interesting finish and a pleasant shave.
